Staying Human in the AI Age
A two day gathering bringing together technologists, researchers, artists, philosophers and contemplative teachers to explore what it means to stay human as artificial intelligence reshapes the texture of daily life.
The summit will examine technology not simply as a tool or disruption, but as a mirror reflecting back fundamental questions about consciousness, creativity, connection and meaning. Through honest stage conversations, participatory inquiry and practical reflection, we will ask how we can keep what matters most, empathy, wonder, embodied presence and genuine community, as the world accelerates.
The programme will investigate the nature of intelligence itself, the ethics of increasingly powerful systems, and the inner skills that help us remain grounded, curious and fully human in a world of machine speed.
- Stage conversations between AI researchers, founders and philosophers on consciousness, creativity and the future of human work.
- Conversations with contemplative teachers and psychologists exploring attention, empathy and embodied presence in a distracted world.
- Small group inquiry circles and a closing reflection session for participants to consider together what staying human means for them.
"We have Paleolithic emotions, medieval institutions, and godlike technology. And that is a dangerous and terrifying combination."
