Black Belt Recruiting

Black Belt Recruiting has dramatically changed my life!

Ok, I am exaggerating, however it has definitely changed how I recruit people.

I have a well paying job, but it is has become just a way to pay the bills. It is like having a chain around my neck.

In early January of this year I went on a two week vacation to Thailand.

This was my first two week vacation since I started my career thirty years ago.

That trip opened my eyes.

When I came back to my job I searched the internet and found Mike Dillard and Black Belt Recruiting.

Since receiving those CD’s in the mail I have played them in my car at least six times.

The interaction between Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser is compelling to listen to.

It is obvious that Mike has learned a lot from Mark and has applied the same principles in building his business.

They give a ton of practical and easy to apply advice on how to recruit using the phone.

My favorite piece of advice is “Don’t be needy”.

How many times have you called a lead and tried your best to convince them to join your opportunity without success?

Instead, think of the phone call as you interviewing a new employee.

Would you just hire anyone?

Of course not.

You would ask questions.

You would find out what their goals are.

Do those goals fit what you are doing?

If not, then you need to take a big breath and be prepared to thank them for their time and move on.

I have applied this technique as well as the others contained on the CD’s to build an initial team of twenty like minded internet marketers.

My goal is to earn over a million dollars a year and I realized that I have a better chance of achieving this goal with the help of others.

The fact is that I do not know everything.

I have spent the last month talking with people from all over the world looking for those who had similar goals.

I also looked for people who had different skills and experiences, but the key determining factor was goal congruence.

And believe it or not, I recruited a few of them without ever discussing the opportunity.

This program is not for those who are looking for a quick rich scheme or recruiting thousands of people on auto-pilot.

But really, how many of us have really done this?

This program is for those who realize that to build a true, solid business they need to talk with their recruits.

Thank you Mike and Mark for helping me achieve my first step in my online plan.

ps. Black Belt Recruiting is being released for the public on July 22, 2008. I will publish the link when it is available.
